INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound carrots, shredded or grated
1 large can crushed pineapple, juice–packed
1/2 cup raisins

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until wellchilled.
Serve with a slotted spoon, but you
will want to drink the juice—it’s yummy!
Try using golden or jumbo raisins for variety.
