 Bring your completed Keep Track Chart,
wear clothes and shoes to play in and
bring a potluck snack and/or drink to share

What:              2008 Eat Local Challenge Community Celebration

When:              Saturday, May 31, 2008 3:00pm-5:00pm

Where:             Westside Park – corner of NW 8th Avenue and NW 34th Street, Gainesville

Who:               All registered participants, families and friends

Why:               To celebrate all our Eat Local efforts and because we all like to have fun!

3:00pm             Participants meet at pavilion, turn in Keep Track Charts, drop off snack/drink

3:15pm             Group kickball game begins on ball field closest to pavilion
                        (parents and children may play as a team)

3:45pm             Project Wet group game begins on large grassy area east of pavilion
                        (limited to 20 participants - children and adults - sign up begins at 3pm)

4:00pm             Group non-competitive games begin on grassy area north of pavilion
                        (children and adults will participate as equals)

4:30pm             All games conclude – snacking begins

4:40pm             Prizes awarded

4:55pm             Group “clean sweep” - everyone must participate, but it is really fun!

5:00pm             Time to go home!
